We sell half or whole beef. This is Premium high end choice Black Angus USDA inspected grain fed beef. A half of beef will be around 225 -250 pounds of vacuum sealed meat. This makes the price per pound around $5.50-$5.75 depending on how you get your meat cut up. These cattle are raised locally and processed locally.
Aged for flavor and tenderness.
