Whole Beef will be around 450-475 pounds of bring home Beef. Have it cut the way you want it.
Half Beef will be around 225-250 pounds of bring home Beef. Have it cut the way you want it.
Quarter Beef will be around 110-125 pounds of Bring home Beef. It will include your steaks, roast and ground beef.
We offer Premium high end choice Black Angus beef. All our beef is USDA inspected and is local raised and processed. Beef is aged for flavor and tenderness. The beef is also in vacuum sealed packages. We hand feed all our steers and we do not use antibiotics or growth hormones. We also offer half and whole beef for the ones looking to fill your freezer of premium home raised beef. The ground beef will make the best tasting hamburger you will eat. We sell half or whole beef. This is Premium high end choice Black Angus USDA inspected grain fed beef. . A half of beef will be around 225 -250 pounds of vacuum sealed meat. This makes the price per pound around $5.50-$5.75 depending on how you get your meat cut up. These cattle are raised locally and processed locally.
