The beef items listed on this page can be ordered from our online store and items will be placed for pick up in our freezer at Franklin County Xchange at 291 Walnut Gate Road in Russellville. We offer several different ways to buy our premium farm to table beef. We sell by the quarter, half or whole. We also sell by the individual packs. We also offer a 30 pack ground beef box. Pre-orders are highly recommended.
Our beef is grain finished for 150 days for excellent flavor and tenderness. Beef is dry aged for 14 days. No antibiotics or growth implants used.
